Brian obtained his degree in Hotel and Restaurant management from the University of Wisconsin Stout. He has a diverse background in the foodservice industry, having worked across various sectors, ranging from business dining and hospital foodservice to mid-scale and high-end Mexican restaurants. Eventually, Brian shifted his focus to foodservice sales, dedicating the past two decades to this field. His genuine passion lies in assisting customers in discovering the optimal products for their requirements, regardless of whether they are his own offerings or not. Throughout his sales career, Brian has successfully catered to both local clients and major players in numerous states. Prioritizing customer satisfaction has consistently been a key factor contributing to his accomplishments.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Brian is a family man, married with four children aged 16 to 29, and even has three grandchildren. He cherishes spending time with his family, particularly his grandkids. Brian's love for the outdoors is evident in his activities in Colorado, where he engages in a wide array of outdoor pursuits. An enthusiastic mountaineer, he has honed his hiking skills over the past two decades, conquering all of Colorado's 14,000-foot peaks and numerous towering summits in Western States. Notably, he scaled the Mexican volcano Pico De Orizaba, towering at an impressive 18,491 feet.
