Erasmo Casiano is CEO, Chef, & Owner of Create Foods; a Denver based Food, Beverage & Hospitality Group.

Create Foods consists of Create Kitchen & Bar located in Aurora, Colorado and Lucina Eatery & Bar; a Latin American Restaurant located Denver, Colorado

Erasmo's mother, Santa Lucina (Lucy), is the inspiration and motivation behind his career in food and beverage, even naming the restaurant, Lucina, after her. In his family, everybody cooks. Weekends at home came with an open door policy, encouraging spontaneous neighborhood dinner parties. Their house was constantly filled with family, friends, food, and music.  Through his Mexican upbringing with tamales, sopes, and fideo, Erasmo brings spice and comfort to everything he touches. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University and with his 20+ year tenure in the Food & Beverage industry; Erasmo actively continues his education outside the kitchen with extensive travels around the globe refining his culinary style and sharing his knowledge with not only culinary and service teams but with the Denver & Aurora communities.

Erasmo's personal mission is to create a success pipeline for the Hispanic/Latinx Food & Beverage workforce stating, "Somos capaz de mas" Which translates to "We are capable of more". He continues to push his teams to dream big, so that the community gets the recognition it deserves.
